The Hall plays host to several large events each year, including the Barford Festival, vintage rallies, the fireworks display and the annual Barford Radio Rally, which Norfolk Amateur Radio Club has held at the Hall for over 30 years.

Both the Hall and fields are available for hire to residents and non-residents, on an hourly or daily basis. There are several clubs, societies and organizations which use the Hall on a regular basis, as well as frequent events laid on by the Hallís committee.
