The Hall plays host to several large events each year, including the Barford Festival, vintage rallies, the fireworks display and the annual Barford Radio Rally, which Norfolk Amateur Radio Club has held at the Hall for over 30 years.

Both the Hall and fields are available for hire to residents and non-residents, on an hourly or daily basis. There are several clubs, societies and organisations which use the Hall on a regular basis, as well as frequent events laid on by the Hall’s committee.

Home

Welcome to the Home of Barford & Wramplingham Village Hall and Playing Fields. We are a small hall based in the Village of Barford, approximately 8 miles west of Norwich. The Hall is shared by the two villages.

On the site, donated to the Mackintosh Trust by the Right Honorable John Viscount Mackintosh in 1963, there is a hall with kitchen and bar facilities, children’s play area and playing fields, which include a football and cricket pitch.
